I saved emails off my outlook express email and they saved as dbx files.  I need to convert them to pst files in order to import them into Outlook 2007.  Is there a free converter that I can download from a safe site so I can convert them?

A Google search of 'dbx to pst' provided a number of possible choices. Some free others $$ I'd recommend you make your own choice. That way you get what you want not want someone else thinks you need.

Set OE to not retrieve emails from the server, send the emails back to yourself, then retrieve them with Outlook.  Doing that will be a whole lot easier, then paying for a program that you will only use one time.
