I am trying to finmd out what is hogging my CPU. I am looking at Start up programs and I see a LOT of things that I can't identify. For Example nlssrv32.exe. I tried findong oout what it is on line and there was some discussion about fixing it. I don't need it fixed. Is there a good site that you know of that discusses what a program is and its purpose? This is one of those programs that take up memory and cpu time and I can't figure out why it is on my machine. There are a lot of others too. I have run Antimalware bytes and there are "No Threats" on my machine. If I need it fine, but if I don't I want to kill it.

For starters you can go to:  www.what-is-exe.com

This is a Computer Task Database and Spyware Directory.  I'm not a moderator; just a member who found this handy.

I'm sorry you couldn't reach it.  I've had no problem on Google or Firefox.  It was just a mention of a site; it does not offer help.  Wish I could help, but I come to BC for that.  Good luck.
