I pined a favorite to my facebook page, but cannot transfer it to my web page.  How do I do that?

The pin is in my facebook, I have to transfer it from there, cuz I can't find it in pintrest anymore.

You won't be transferring the image. You would be linking to it.

 

First the image has to be public or you can't link to it.

 

Then it's a matter of just opening the image in a new Tab or Page and then copy the link from the address bar to your website via image link:

<link rel="image_src" href="http://facebook.com/path/to/image/logo.jpg" />

If your website is a blog, you can use the image URL to include it:

http://facebook.com/path/to/image/logo.jpg

Hope that helps.

 

I think the most important part is to make the image public if it isn't already. And you may have to wait till DNS or Facebook updates that information. One time it took hours for it to be updated on Facebook when a friend was trying to change the image from private to public. Not sure what he did to do that because I don't do Facebook. ;)

 

Personally, I would download it from Facebook to your computer and then upload it to your website's image folder and link to it from there.

 

If you need an URL to add it to your site, upload it to a place like imgur.com and use the HTML or other type of links they provide to add it to your website.
