For months now I have been searching for a fix for error code 80073712.  I believe that if you make something, write code or invent something for use then you are the one to come up with a fix for the people you are using it. Microsoft needs to get on the job.

You don't say which OS you are using, but am I right in saying that this is a problem with Windows Update.

If so, have you been through the steps mentioned here https://support.microsoft.com/kb/957310?
