I really wasnt doing anything but typing a document. I also deleted a file that appeared in the C drive. It was called bintheredunthat I dont know how it got there and it was empty. I sent it to my recycle bin. Then this appeared:

I'm not really sure what to do.
Legend has it that... If you put an AOL disc the opposite way and play it you can hear devilish music... Even worse if you put it the right way... IT INSTALLS AOL!

Download and scan with Ewido Anti-Malware v3.5 in safe mode.
Ewido Install and Scan Instructions

Ewido should remove this and show an entry similar to the following in the report log it generates.
C:\visfx500.exe -> Dropper.Agent.aie : Cleaned with backup
