Windows 8

Satellite C55-A laptop

When I sign on to my main account (admin account), the screen turns black and I am unable to do anything except move the cursor around, however there is nothing to click on and hitting keys does absolutely nothing.  I can, however, hit Ctrl+Alt+Del to get to the task manager.

When I log on to my guest account, everything works fine.

Any help would be appreciated.  I need to get into my admin account so I can make changes (remove programs, etc.).

Thanks.

I just fixed my own problem.  I logged on to the guest account and removed the recently installed CutePDFWriter and the Ask.com toolbar that I thought for sure I unchecked during the the CutePDF install process.

All is well.

Ask would be the culprit.  Cutepdf will work fine installed on Windows 8.
