Printer Problem

When i try to install my lexmark z705 printer i get the messege "The specified print monitor is unknown."
I have windows xp.
Can you see me now?

The Lexmark support page refers to this Microsoft Knowledge Base article: KB Article 870666. Hope this helps.

Im not a computer expert so can you tell me step by step what to do (i located the c:\WINDOWS\inf now what?)

I'm not a computer expert either. The instructions spell out what to do on the Microsoft page. If I tried to explain that page to you, I'd more than likely confuse you beyond repair. :thumbsup: Maybe another member will be able to be of more assistance.

It works now i dident do what the article told me too i just enabled the lexbce server.
Can you see me now?
