My wife tried to open our AT & T email account, and got this:

How do I fix it?  Thanks.

Have you contacted AT&T?

Ran Malwarebytes, and fixed what seemed to have a hold on it. All appears to be well.

Ok...........so there's a problem...............the computer is running a tad slower, web pages are loading slower, and I really have no idea. I think it has a lot to do with the certificate error. Just ran CrapCleaner, and got rid of a bunch of stuff.........cache files, temp internet files, temp files, etc.  Something's lingering, and there is a definite issue with the computer.

What browser are you using? You could try clearing the ssl cache to see if that helps.

That's why I asked you what browser you were using to open the email account, so that we could help you.

Try this:

Goto Tools-Internet Options. Once there go to the Content Tab. Click Clear SSL state.

After you've done that, let's reset your browser settings and clear your cache to see if that helps.

Go to the Advanced tab and click Reset at the bottom. Click the checkbox to Reset personal settings as well just to make sure that it's not a user error. After you've done all of that click Reset and when it finishes restart your computer.

Post back the results please.

Yes, resetting the personal settings will reset any customizations that you may have done back to the defaults.

So has this problem been resolved?
