When using certain web sites on msn premium browser, some don't respond properly, notibly msn money. On Google or internet explorer they work fine. On one site,I can't scroll the drop down menues. On the other browsers, they work fine. I can't get an answer from msn.

I would just use the other browsers, it appears that there are capatibility issues between the HTML Render and the sites using MSN.

Do you need the MSN Browser?

I found the problem. IE 11 and MS 7 are incompatible. All you have to do is uninstall theIE 11 update, which reverts back to IE 10. Problem solved. Why hasn't MSFT done this??? Microsoft sucks!!!

IE11 and Windows 7 are greatly compatible with each other.

WHat you had probably done was removed the bundled software that came from MSN Premium, but IE11 and Windows 7 are 100% Compatible unless you can provide concrete evidence from reliable sources such as Microsoft to say other wise.

Then MSN Premium is not compatible with IE11 as everyone that using the internet explorer render would have to be updated. You do know that you do not have to use MSN Premium to access the internet?

And again IE11 is fully 100% undeniably compatible with Windows 7.

I am not a computer guru,as you probably are. The word incompatible was probably not warrented. But I do know a few facts.

1. Currenly MSN Premium will not load certain websites. Among them MSN Money. Loads on Google? A Microsoft web sit that can only be accesed on Google?

Give me a break.

2. When I uninstalled IE 11 updated in Nov,most of the non comunicle web sites on MSN Prewmium worked(except MSN Money)

3. I know there are free ISP's. Duh!! Unfortunatly when I first accesed the Internet,MSFT got to me first. I have since had a paid subscriptio to MSN Premium.

4. I like the MSN Premium platform. All my Web favorites are on it. I don't want to reload them on Google.

5. The bottom line is that as a paid customer of MSN Premium,I expect it to serve my needs.

6. It is apparent that the combination of IE11 and Windows 7 corrupts MSN premium. Uninstall the NOV IE 11 update, and you're basically fine(except of course for some of MSN's websites.

So while IE 11 & Wn 7 are compatible, their combination corrupts MSN Premium.

I would contact the Developers of MSN Premium Internet Software, and let them know that that the latest update from Microsoft for Internet Explorer has broken compatibility features with MSN Premium, and point them to this topic here. If you are paying by the month then do not renew next month, and get another ISP, and its rather easy to import your favorites from other browsers and back and forth.

Here is how to export the favorites from MSN Explorer to Firefox http://www.linkagogo.com/go/Convert?informat=msn&outformat=netscape

Then from their its rather easy to import and export them to other browsers.

nobody has really addressed this problem. MSN has no answer for this. They're help menu has no solution. Are they phasing out MSN? It would appear so. Moving the favorites list to Google looks like a fairly complicated deal. What are the options!

It doesn't look all that to complicated to move them from MSN to Google.
