I have audio ads running in the background, even at startup, and a popup comes up that says something like "plug and play not working" and the computer shuts down and restarts. I've run malwarebytes, and there were PUP viruses that I removed, but the unwanted audio is still there, and it still shuts down.  Any help would be appreciated.

My computer is now shutting itself off, and restarts only to make it to the windows start screen, then I get a black screen then it shuts off again.  I can get to the screen where the open in safety mode option is, but it goes back to the black screen, and shuts off again. This started with my prior post of ads running in the background, and shutting off at various times.

Windows 7, 64 bit.
