Adding items to the right click

How do I add an item to the right click, SAVE AS such as a drive or program.

Either program this up yourself in C++ or C# or go with a program such as the one at the following google hit. Note: Be careful when using programs like this and perform scan on all downloads to avoid infection before running the program. http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-add-remove-entries-from-the-right-click-menu/


I havent tested this software, and only found this as a strong google hit to point you to! Use at own risk!!!
