FBI moneypack showing up as webpage instead of virus?

So the common FBI moneypack virus showed up again today on a customer's PC, but...oddly it wasn't a program that hijacked the entire screen. It was a web page that refused to close.


I managed to grab the URL and the referring site. Where should I post them?
