My oldest son(9) is getting into e-mail, Internet, and other online fun. I monitor his activity my checking history, router logs, and email. I also keep in eye on him periodically as he surfs. Does anyone have suggestions for a content filtering package that would block out adult material? I don't want him to accidentally click on something he shouldn't. He only goes to a couple of sites to learn about his favorite shows and hobbies.

Our family is sharing one computer for Internet access.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Joshuacat mew. It's been awhile.
I had the same problem with my 13year, 4 year ago. I could not find a reliable filtering program that suited my needs. I took a little different approach. I use one of the recommended freeware replacements, iProtectYou.
I have the kids (all 3 now) write the URL they want the visit down and I review it. If I find it appropriate I will put it in their allow list.
