I had this problem before. Battery is good. 100% charged. My light comes on when I plug in the adapter. I have disconnected everything. Held the on button down for a minute. Now what?

Does the battery charge indicator LED come on?

I have disconnected everything.  Held the on botton down for a minute.

Does this mean that you removed the battery and power adapter and then held the power button down?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
