Computer randomly shuts down

i got my computer 3 months ago here are my specs

 

i7 3770

16gb ram

1TB SATA

geforce 560 gt

Power supply only 300 watts

 

And for the past week it has been struggling to come on my only guess is the power supply but i check my event log CRITICAL ERROR  KERNEL POWER event id 41 could this be my psu? or could it be a windows error?

nothink is overheating i keep checkin its allways around 20-50 celcius
