What is the make and model of this computer?

Does anything happen when you press the power button?  Like lights come on, fans spinning, etc.

I'm having trouble understanding what you are posting, so let me ask if I have this right.

Are you saying the the fan didn't start spinning until after the computer had booted up?

What fan is this, the power supply fan?

The power supply didn't start once, but did after you tested it?

How did you test the PSU (power supply unit)?

It sounds like this may have been a loose connection.  If it happens again then there are a couple of test we can do to determine if there is a problem with the PSU or the motherboard.

hopefully that was it and you have no other problems.  But if you do, don't hesitate to ask fro help. :thumbup2:

If this is a different problem, unrelated to the problems with the PSU, please post a new topic.
