I have Windows7, 64bit, 4 gig RAM memory, 300 Gig HDD, 3.3 MhZ processor. My antivirus McAfee Plus is up to date and everything else in it is working but I cannot do an active scan and it does not scan while I am online. McAfee want to charge me $200 but will not explain what the problem is other that files are being replicated and taking up disk space. Can anyone help.

I asked why Mcafee did not detect or why they cannot solve the problem since I have Mcafee Plus and paid account they said that it was a malware problem and I need a one time cleaning. I am not a trained technician but an efficeient at usind most malware removal and antivirus programs and have no problem solving most problems this one is baffling to me. I've used the standard malware programs like Malwarebyte, Superantispyware, hitmanpro, ccleaner, auslogic and even Combofix with no success.
