i have recently been having problems with my wifi adapter.

at random points my network icon turns to a "no network access" icon and i cannot turn my adapter on or off using the wifi function key,if i try using the windows troubleshooter the computer freezes at the "resetting adapter" step and i have to shut it down using the turn off button.

there were no problems with it before i got a new fan for my laptop,i am using a broadcom 802.11n adapter.
