Using Widows 8.  Open browser (FireFox) and I can move around inside the window with my mouse.  I can hover over a link, it will ecxite but, won't work if I click on it.  I can't select (left click) on scroll, side bar, minimize or close the window.  I have to click the icon on the toolbar then again click inside the open window before I get a response.  I then can atleast close the window from there.  The computer is brand new out the box  I ran Malware program (Malwarebytes) and fixed the issues.  Same problem.  Rebooted.  Same problem.  Suggestions?
