That's music to my ears, Y Kawika. I truly think a site like this is of inestimateable value to users of all kinds of machines and in particular, those runnin' Windows Operating Systems. Please help us find answers.

Bless you for not only joining, but also being able to interpret the logs. It is my understanding that it takes alot of time and dedication.

Maybe, but the question is, are they better than Pc Pitstop.?
As ex Pitmember say I, Pc Pitstop is better and there are more hierarchy.

I would counter that it's the site that fits the individual users needs that is the better site for that person. We do not assume we are a one size fits all site. Diversity is the key, choices for those who visit sites and ask for and receive help. Also be aware that many helpers here are also helpers at other sites as well.

Not sure what your intention is for digging up a nearly 6 year old thread and identifying a specific other site. Not to mention that the original intent of this thread was before BC was even a year old, and was to show that BC was growing. No claims were made in this thread that BC was 'better' than another site. Ironically you say Ex Pitmember.

Not sure what the relevance of hierarchy has to do with anything?
