Hello,

I can only seem to connect to the internet in safe mode I have done the avast, malware bites, and comodo virus, malware, security scan.  I can see the internet name, it has 5 bars so its a good signal,  and says connected but at the very top under the name where the house it, it says no connection or cannot access internet.  Im not sure what else to do or what I can do to prevent this in the future. Also when not in safemode the internet will come up briefly but go down again. my family watches movies online, on websites and streams netflix frequently.

Please download and run the following:

1) AVAST Removal

2) Norton Removal Tool

3) Comodo Removal Tool - select Dragon and GeekBuddy

Once that is done see if you can connect in Normal Mode.
