Complete PC Backup & Restore MISSING??????

I use Vista Ultimate.

I've backedup my laptop 40 times and restored it another 100.


Now my Complete PC Backup & Restore feature is MISSING!!?!?!?!?!?!?


How do I get it back???


Please help me!

Try this.


Click on the Start orb, type cmd in the Search programs and files box.  Programs will open above the search box, right click on cmd under it and choose Run as administrator.


When the Elevated Command Prompt opens type %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe and press Enter.
