Internet explorer 9 keeps crashing when viewing pdf files please help

SO we have 4 computers running the same systems all 4 have ie9 all 4 have not veen updated or changed anything for our business we have to open pdf files on a sprint website. All other websites work ok for pdf opening just not the sprint website. However all 3 other computers open it fine only this one computer will crash ie9. This is the message we get:
