Network Security Incident that affect 3 fundamental goals of network security.

Hi Forum,

I'm a student whom have been spending 2-3 hours or so to find a network security incident that affects the 3 fundamental goals of network security such as

  • Confidentiality
  • Integrity
  • Availability


So far i'm only able to find some network security incident as such code red which only affect the most 2 of the fundamental goals of network security. 

May i seek any help and assistance for anyone whom have any idea on example of network Security Incident that affect 3 fundamental goals of network security.

Any help, tips of assistance would be greatly appreciated.
