Hi

Please post a Speccy snapshot of your system following instructions from http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/323892/publish-a-snapshot-using-speccy/

How is your system connected to the internet ?. Are you using some kind of USB device for internet sharing ?.

Hi

Other than blaming NETIO.SYS which is a Windows system file, none of the crash dumps doesn't seems to provide much info about the actual root cause. So i can only speculate about the possible reasons. Since the crashes only happens when the VPN software is used,  by best guess is some other network related driver might be clashing with the VPN which ultimately lead to the BSOD. SO my recommendation is to update all outdated network related drivers as a test.

npf.sys                     Fri Jun 25 22:17:37 2010
NetGroup Packet Filter Driver, part of the WinPcap packet capture library

Update it from http://www.winpcap.org/install/

idmwfp.sys                  Wed Nov 27 19:54:03 2013 (52960083)
Internet Download Manager

Please uninstall IDM as a test to avoid possible conflicts.

Neo_VPN.sys                 Mon Apr  8 18:36:19 2013
Softether VPN

Update it from http://www.softether-download.com/en.aspx?product=softether (remove old versions first)

There is an update seems to be released on September 16http://www.softether.org/5-download/history
