after updating to windows 8.1 I get a message that I need flash player to view video. when I try and download flash player it says I already have it. when I test flash player it says I am not using IE and won't download it I followed the troubleshooting steps and made sure the shockwave flash object add on is enabled but I still can not play flash video. evidently Microsoft imbedded there own flash player in IE but I can't get it to work. Please help.
