I have an ACER Aspire. I purchased my laptop in May. Realized that my webcam didn't function 5 days ago. Didn't have any excuse to use it until then. Called ACER tech support and they told me to "restore to factory settings". Even with my very limited CPU knowledge, I thought that sounded strange, but I listened. Now, after performing the restoration, my internet connection is S-L-O-W. I was always able to use my mom's, dad's and apartment's wifi with ease, now I am constantly having to refresh (5 to 6 times) and am getting the "unable to connect to network" or "webpage not available" error message. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Waiting about 15 seconds to connect to web pages.

What's the issue? I am still under warranty, but I just don't know how the restoration could have had any impact on my web connectivity.
