Modern glass monitors like on TV shows?

On some TV shows like NCIS and Nikita and others, I am seeing what looks like a glass wall which is a pc monitor, any ideas what this is called please?

Or chromakey - for shooting they can just look and point at a green wall, and a computer generates the "monitor" image with glass effect etc as a video overlay.
