I have a Samsung np150 that runs windows 7 starter, and was infected with the FBI virus.  I ran a number of virus removal programs and it appered to be gone.  About 3 weeks later I checked my e-mail with it and it sent attachments to every one in my address book.  I'm thinking of reformating the harddrive, then  using the google chrome OS to run it.  Any  thoughts on this
