When I read it. Overheating, Conflicts, Power supply came to mind. Laptop? What have

you done about the overheating you mentioned. Just for the heck of it why not pull

and clean the memory and reseat one stick at a time.

Try downloading Speccy and then install the program.  To post and publish a snapshot of your PC.
. In the Menu bar, click File -> Publish Snapshot
. Click Yes > then Copy to Clipboard
. On your next reply, right-click on a empty space and click Paste on reply box then click Post.

You have Mcafee installed, try removing it by Add or Remove Programs then use the McAfee Consumer Product Removal tool (MCPR).

C5 Current Pending Sector Count: 100 (100) Data 0000000001

C6 Uncorrectable Sector Count: 100 (100) Data 0000000001

Your hard drive seems to be flagged with a bad and unstable sector which means its not reliable for further usage. Please backup your data ASAP and run Seagate Tools DOS bootable disc using the long test to correct this problem but be advised that uncorrectable sector is not repairable on most cases.

Can you post the logs or run a new speccy report next time. I should ask again if you have backed up your data already?

Well it seems that they are gone after running the long test. :)

Ok. :thumbup2: Just make sure to always schedule backups and invest on external storage drives also. :)

Felipe, the snapshot logs is not hard to read as each categories are broken down coupled with thread and online searching but of course learning from experts and understanding the issues at hand. :)
