Hello there. My name is Jon and recently my computer has been a complete and total peice of junk. About 9 months ago, I downloaded a program called AllMyApps from a website of the same name. I had found it through search for a free download of Metal Slug. I downloades the program and ran through the setup. Then, within the program there were several programs available. One such program was Metal Slug Brutal, which was similar to the arcade version. I messed around with the game, then got bored and decided to quit. I left it on my desktop and went back to the program. I had thought this program was reliable because it had a program I frequently used, Hamachi, a voice-chatting software. I then proceeded to download another game called House Bunny Sim out of curiosity, and played it. I won't get into details, but the game was sexual. I finished the game, which took mabye a half-hour to beat, and then exited out. I then dragged it into my recycle bin and hit empty. I don't recall whether I deleted the Metal Slug game or the overall program. Then, things started popping up on my computer. They were ads, one such being for a program called PC Power Speed. Then, my browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer) wouldn't let me download any programs, it said they all had virus's. Then my browsers would later start redirect me to other pages for no reason. It finally took a turn for the worst when one day I invited a friend over to my house. I have some games on my computer, all through Steam, and had gotten mods on one game, Fallout New Vegas, through a website known as Fallout New Vegas Nexus. I decided to show my friend, and to my surprise, after trying to run it, an ad popped up for Internet Defender or something similar, and said I would need to buy it in order to delete a infected file known as ChildPorn.exe. I got fed up, turned the system off, and we left. When I came back, I tried starting my computer back up. It went to the normal screen, and then I put in my credentials, but it said User Profile Sevice failed the logon. After a week or so of trying to log back on normally, I gave up. And then I tried pressing F8 to logon in safe mode with networking, and it worked. I then logged in, and tried to figured out what works. I can use Internet Explorer, as that is how I'm writing to you, but I still can't download stuff. I have gotten and used ComboFix, MalwareBytes, and a few others, like TiZZy. I am lost as how to fix my computer because I can't create new accounts through safe mode and I can't logon to the normal mode. Please reply as soon as you can.

Sincerely,

Jon

To CryptoDan:

I've run TiZZy, ComboFix, AdwCleaner, Malwarebytes, and I think that's it.

Hello GH

Having run ComboFix we will need to see that log and a DDs log to determine what is happening.

Please follow this Preparation Guide, do steps 6,7 and 8 and post in a new topic.
Add the ComboFix log.
Let me know if all went well.
