Is it possible to setup a local network between two PC's and an iMac that would allow them to share an internet connection, printer, and to access a central database (Filemaker Pro) located on the iMac?

Yes - no problem. I did this with an Mac and 13pcs. However, You will not be able to see the folders and files like you would on a PC. you cann, however, access the FM database and make changes, etc.
