It appears that I may be infected with malware or some other viruses? One is the SweetPack for sure. How do or what do I have to do to remove it?  I have downloaded SuperAntiSpyware and it caught a lot of issues in the begining. I have ran it in normal mode and in safe mode. Along with that I have also download Anti-Malware Bytes and ran that in normal mode and in safe mode.

This morning I see in the upper right search tool bar SweetPacks A14 Customized Web Search in faint lettering.

I do want to add that here is what I am using for internet security:

Microsoft Security Essentials

Spybot

SuperAntiSpyware

Malware Bytes

The only firewall I am using is the one that comes with Windows xp.

What do I have to do beside purchase a new computer to clean this machine and protect it.

Thank you for your help.
