I'm just a 28 year old guy from Finland, I had this issue with nengine.dll whining something after I booted my PC and I was able to fix it. Unfortunately though I have no permissions to post on threads on this forum yet, especially in the following thread.

If I could have the permissions granted I would be grateful for being able to help possibly someone out there.
