I have a windows 8 laptop that when I press the power button turns on, but shows a black screen from the beginning. It doesnt even load the Windows 8 logo. This occured after having some issues with malware. What can I possibly do? Is there anything that can be done?

I have asked a specialist to look here.

You will probably need access to another PC with a CD or a Flash drive.

Ive learned that it is actually a factory issue with the product. It seems that most of this same type of laptop has the same issue. The only solution to it seems to be to bake the motherboard.

If you suspect that, the best thing would be to check out your warranty period and see if you can send it in for repair as something like this will very likely be covered by warranty.
