Windows 7 Audio driver (Thinkpad R50e)

This laptop doesnt have drivers listed for Windows 7 on the driver download page on the manufacture's website but when installed most everything works accept the sound, needs a driver but cant find one anywhere for windows 7. Ive tried using the vista driver but no luck, an y help is appreciated.

I didn't even find a Vista driver, XP shows as latest available:

That file (1ga241ww.exe) reported as installing successfully in compatibility mode:

Did a search for specifications and Lenovo shows AC 97 compatibility.
