A service pack or SP is a collection of updates, fixes, or enhancements to a software program.  In this case for Windows Vista.  There are two service packs for Vista, you can find these at the Windows Service Pack and Update Center.  These updates are very important as they address security issues and updates or fixes for the operating system.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
