hi hive got the bloody thing and cannot get into safe mode.the block page comes up immediatly the windows log finishes its spin.have idea what to do to get rid ,nearest computer shop is 2hours away and i dont think my french is goodenough to contact them ,and im not realy a computer person but use it quite a lot to keep intouch with family.my system is windows 7 ultimate.any advice very welcome.

Does this boot in Normal mode?
