I got one of the "zero Access" viruses and lost everything on this laptop. Was able to re-install with factory disks. The player did work as I dual loaded Linux and all worked fine. I went to play a Blue Ray and it wouldn't read the disk, then I found out it will not read any disk. I uninstalled and windows re=installed the drivers a couple times. I put the Windows install disk in and it will read and boot to this disk, so the player does work. Just can't get anything else to read to include the Linux live disk that worked fine before. Tried the windows fit it program, saw a problem but could not fix it. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?
