AVG cannot remove/access Trojan horse Small.FHT

AVG detects and rmoves one infected file but not the other - "object is inaccessible."

 

Windows 7

SP1

64 bit

 

This is my father's laptop.  Windows hasnt been updated since April 2013.  Malwarebytes doesn't detect anything.  Please help.
