Windows 7 freezes and runs horribly after a few minutes

After I turn on the computer and the bootup finishes, the computer runs fine for the first few minutes, then it runs really slow and everything crashes. 


It doesn't seem to be the fault of viruses.


Help needed.

Please download Speccy at http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download, and post the results here.

Also please download Minitoolbax here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/minitoolbox/dl/65/


Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.


and post those results. This will give us a better look at your system specs and what is being logged for   errors
