On a WinXP SP3 PC an error is given during Media Player 11 install stating "An error occurred copying 'connectionmanager.xml' The file could not be copied to the destination directory." Options are to "Continue without copying the file" or "Cancel." Regardless of which option is selected it results in message that Media Player 11 could not be installed. Media Player 11 was installed on this same PC with SP2 with no problems, but it doesn't want to install under SP3. Does anyone know the cause or how to fix this kind of problem?
