Hey ya,ll,,,just trying to figure out how to download this,,,I,ve had it before & it was very helpfull,,I,ve thrown all My notes away ,,,,so I,m kinda lost,,,also has anyone else used it,,,,But have had 3 puters & 2 major crashes since,,,,& I aint very smart,,,So I apologize if I,m wasting Your time,,,,thanks for any help,,,Cowboy

Unless there's more than one Diagnostic.exe, you don't want to be downloading it.

Thankyou Herk for Your quick response,,,,that was probably the start of My problem,,,When I installed No-adware,,,I was immediatly infected & thats how they tried to help Me fix it,,,,,I,ll try a different topic,,,,Thanks again,,,P.s I,m trying to get rid of that about blank page,,,,Cowboy

Cowboy, you should probably post a log in the Hijack This forum here at Bleeping Computer. It will be a great help to read the preparation guide and that may rid you of a lot of your problems. It takes quite a while to get a log looked at because there are few helpers and lots of logs, but they're good at what they do.
