Step 1: Restart your computer

Step 2: Enter into "safemode with networking"

Step 3: Download and install Malwarebytes and full scan your computer

Step 4: Download Glary Utilities, install and repair your computer

Step 5: Download AVG 2014 free and uninstall Bit Defender

Step 6: Uninstall Adobe

For the connection try these...

Please click Start > Run, type inetcpl.cpl in the runbox and press enter.
Click the Connections tab and click the LAN settings option.
Verify if "Use a proxy..." is checked, if so, UNcheck it and click OK/OK to exit.
Now check if the internet is working again.

OR

Please Download this file, Click Me
Right-click on winsockfix.bat and click on Run as Administrator.

Are you trying to connect to a wireless network, which is typically not possible while in safe mode. Safe mode, even with networking, does not initially load wireless card drivers.
