I am running XP Home, S2 on an "RCS" (brandname) PC (assembled by a local computer shop from generic parts). It works generally pretty fine.

My "Autoclick problem": If I pause the mouse over a button or link, for more than two seconds or so, it will automatically click or select the link. I don't need to move fingers or thumbs on the mouse keys; it just silently selects after a very slight pause.

Desired: How do I turn this feature off, or "unselect it." I've gone over configuration utilities, like the Mouse program in Start | Control Panel. Haven't run across any mention of such a "feature."

I'd appreciate some help.
