Hi, unfortunately the motherboard does not provide any sort of PCI-E or PCI for a graphics card to be installed nor there is any slot for it to be secured. The only solution is to purchase a DVI to HDMI adapter and a standard 3.5mm audio jack cable.

The TV would have a 3.5mm audio output although to be honest, your better of exchanging it for the Dell desktop since it has a pre-installed graphics card which has a HDMi output.

Hey thanks killerx525
Yeah since I'am looking for desktop with HDMi output and I ended up going with

Asus Essentio Desktop
M11BB-B06

8GB memory (expandable up to 12gb)
1TB hard drive
3.7 GHz
AMD A10-6700 processor with AMD Radeon HD 8670d graphics

Now to find a repair guy here in Nor Cal to do flat wipe cause I hate windows 8 ditch all the trail bs and install windows 7, Microsoft office, some sort of antivirus software, kids education games for my little one and what ever must have programs for my needs

Good choice for the desktop and you could go to a repair shop and they could do it but you will need to pay for a copy of windows 7.

That desktop should be able to run any sort of operating system, so yes windows 7 ultimate or professional will work. My suggestion would be to purchase the professional edition over ultimate as the extras on it are like enterprise features.
