When you used REVO, did you click to scan for traces and delete them? I have mistakingly forgot to do that. Then did you reboot your computer after you uninstalled?

To see if any traces of Z/A are left =>
Download Screen317 Security Check and save it to your Desktop.
* Double-click SecurityCheck.exe
* Follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
* A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt
* Please post the contents of that document.
Note:: If any security program requests permission to access the Internet, allow it to do so.

Hi. I used the removal tool:clean.exe from zonealarm.com to remove any traces and it worked. I'm back to using windows firewall
& updated my version of microsoft security essentials. I possibly did not use REVO correctly but it has been sorted. THANKS
