Re: Windows 7 O/S. Lately, while playing a game on Gamesville. I get a freeze and then a white screen on the whole face of my monitor and then the graphic returns and I see a balloon pop-up that says. Display Driver stopped responding and then it recovered. Is this something that is "going" on my computer or is there something I can/should do? Thank You.

It's not dangerous, relax. :) Install fresh drivers for your graphic card. What type of graphic card do you have?

OK. Thanks for your reply. Card is   ATI Radeon HD 3200 .  In the notes box it says; no problems found. I want to tell you too, that on the game that I was playing, (Carnival Critters) on Gamesville is a slot machine variety with wheels and I was having a problem in that the wheels were turning herky-jerky and slow so I posed that problem on this forum and was directed by someone to the Advance tab on Internet Properties under accelerated graphics. There is a sentence preceded by a check box that reads. Use Software Rendering Instead of GPU rendering and if that box is checked then uncheck it which I did and it solved my problem with that game until this display stopped responding thing. The reason I was given is that IE9 used that Software rendering and my computer is now IE11. Furthermore when my wife tries to play the same game on her machine (vista o/s with IE9) it is herky-jerkey and very slow so we tried to do the same thing (unchecking the box) but the box will not uncheck. Thanks.
