Hello! I am new here and I'm a little confused as to where I should post my question. I have my sister in law's laptop that will not turn on. I can access the hard drive with my desktop using an enclosure and it seems to be fine. Using my desktop, I would like to erase everything except the default programs. I'm not trying to get an answer to the question here, but I didn't want to confuse anyone one on what I'm trying to find. I've searched google and here, the topics close that I'm finding is people trying to completely erase a hard drive of everything, or restoring to default. Thanks
