Unknown hard error.

I click ok and then everything seems to run ok. I've done a chkdsk scan and a sfc scan. Nothing is showing errors but it still shows up when I start windows. So, what's causing this error and where would I even go to check? Thanks, any help would be appreciated!

Hello, what is your Operating system and browser of choice?
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
